Incident-accidents, rescue and injury

1. Along with the accident, the accident will be reported in the nearest fire station or central control room.

2. As soon as the news was received, the firemen went to an accident along with the equipment and accessories.

3. This service is available only if you dial 199 in any disaster. Also collect nearby fire stations.

Fire License (Firefighting Resistant Counseling Service)

1. Fire Alarm Regarding Fire Service with Local Assistant Director / Deputy Director

Applicants should apply with papers

A) Trade license

B) Correct / movable of the institution by the municipality if the business operates in its own building

Annual Assessment Letter of Property

C) Rent contract if the business is in a rented house.

D) Design of design approved by RAJUK / Paurashava.
E) If the company is a limited company, then the Memorandum of Articles (Certificate of

Incorporation

F) Non-certification certificate by local representatives of local organizations.

G) Fire extinguition of multi-storied or commercial buildings (7 storages or 24 meters or more) Fire Service.

H) Fire Service-specific information statement for garment industry.

2. Approximately 07 (seven) working days after receipt of application, by the Inspector appointed by the Department
Institutions are visited.

3. Furious preventive advice is provided after inspection.

4. According to the suggestions, after taking effective action, they are re-inspected.

5. If the inspection is reasonably satisfactory, the license is granted within maximum 90 days.

6. If the company is not satisfied with the licenses for reasonable reasons, then the Director General can get 120 applications

The applicant will be given the opportunity of hearing within one hundred and twenty days.
7. If any person or organization is aggrieved by any decision of an officer empowered by the Director General

In 30 (thirty) days, the matter will be referred to the Director General for consideration.

8. Within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the application, the director-general will take the decision.

9. In relation to this matter, the Director General of Siddammatam will be subject to the aggrieved person or organization, subject to the prescribed fee
10. Within 60 (sixty) days of receiving the appeal, the government will make a final decision.

Multilateral or commercial building clearance:

1. According to Section 7 of the Fire Prevention and Discrimination Act-2003, 7 storages (24m) or above

Ambulance service:

Fire preventive drill, counseling and training services

1. To get the service, apply with the local authority or directly to the director general.

2. After receipt of the application, package offers including financial statements and other conditions to the concerned organization
